TEH, a leading organization in travel emergency services, is seeking a Ticketing Agent with at least two years of experience. You will utilize your expertise in GDS systems like Apollo and Amadeus to efficiently issue tickets for domestic and international travel. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure while working varying shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue tickets using various GDS systems
• Handle exchanges, refunds, and corporate discounts
• Respond effectively to call centre agents
• Manage multi-airline itineraries from Canada and US
• Provide excellent customer service for travelers
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years ticketing experience
• Proficient with Apollo/Amadeus and other GDS systems
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Experience with long haul tickets and refunds
