Key Responsibilities:
• Contact consumers to collect overdue accounts
• Answer questions and provide account details
• Negotiate repayment arrangements effectively
• Update consumer information promptly
• Document call results accurately
Requirements:
• Strong communication and phone etiquette
• 3+ years in 3rd party collections or 1 year in student loan servicing
• Ability to exceed performance standards
• High-speed internet with ethernet connection
• Smart device compatible with Microsoft Authenticator
