Become a key player at Mercedes-Benz Downtown as a Service Receptionist. This role is centered around customer service, managing appointments, and facilitating a welcoming environment for clients.
As part of AWIN, a prestigious network of luxury automobile dealerships, you will handle incoming service calls, book appointments, and assist management with various administrative tasks. Your friendly demeanor will ensure that all customer interactions are pleasant and professional. You will balance cash at the end of each day and maintain impeccable service records for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer service department calls within three rings
• Schedule service appointments for customers
• Manage customer mobility arrangements utilizing shuttles or loaner vehicles
• Balance cash and assist customers with payments
• Maintain a tidy refreshment area for visitors
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service roles
• Outgoing personality and professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure efficiently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
