Job Overview
We’re looking to fill an opening for a Bilingual Account Officer in our Aviso Correspondent Partner team. Reporting to the Director, Partner Services and Onboarding, the Bilingual Account Officer provides outstanding service to clients and partner teams by supporting operational and service matters related to the delivery of wealth management services.
Responsibilities- Follow up on and gather information on client account activities to provide client responses.
- Work with Operations and IT to investigate activities and completion of requests.
- Review transfer‑in documentation for completeness, initiate transfer and follow up for completion.
- Notify partners of transfer‑out requests and coordinate delivery of accounts within SLA.
- Receive and direct daily activities for processing by Aviso or related parties.
- Handle general telephone and e‑mail inquiries on processing activities.
- Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide reporting on client accounts and related activities as required.
- Assist with management and other department‑related duties.
- University/College degree.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English; bilingual skills in French are an asset.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to multi‑task with effective time management.
- Service – put clients’ needs first and advocate service excellence.
- Execution – achieve goals, take accountability, and pursue continuous improvement.
- Collaboration – work collaboratively to drive positive results and build trust.
- Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 CAD annually.
