Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support

• Maintain accurate records in the Eservice system
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and oral
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of corporate supply products is an asset
• Proficient with computer systems and software
