Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service through inbound and outbound communications
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance member experience
• Assist members in setting up online banking options
• Accurately process Member transactions within authorized limits
• Resolve inquiries and provide informative responses
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years in contact center or financial services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
This position relies on your ability to facilitate positive member experiences and support DUCA's mission.
