Become a key player in customer service with Passport Health in Downtown Toronto. This role combines client support and sales, ensuring travelers receive the timely health guidance they need.
As a Customer Service Representative at Passport Health, you’ll manage client inquiries and help schedule appointments efficiently.
Your role includes gathering essential travel information, securing timely consultations, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will contribute to travelers' safety by ensuring they receive vaccinations and health documentation on tight schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first contact for clients via phone calls
• Gather travel details including destination and dates
• Identify time-sensitive needs for appointments
• Schedule consultations and immunizations accurately
• Build trust and manage multiple requests effectively
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Reliable and calm under pressure
• Comfortable with Google Suite
• Must work in-person in Downtown Toronto
