Become a vital part of a growing AI technology company as a Customer Success Representative, working remotely from Toronto. Manage your own client portfolio to influence revenue growth positively.
This permanent position involves being a dedicated advisor, supporting clients at every stage of their journey. You’ll facilitate onboarding, training, and renewals while proactively identifying challenges and opportunities to enhance customer experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train new clients to use the platform effectively
• Forge strong relationships with critical client stakeholders
• Drive account growth through upselling and renewals
• Address client concerns to reduce churn proactively
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in customer-facing roles
• Track record of achieving renewal and growth metrics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• CRM software experience, mainly Hub Spot or similar
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a startup setup
