This role focuses on engaging with both internal and external customers to provide a high standard of service. You will handle inbound inquiries, assist with account reconciliation, and ensure accurate data entry. Preparing invoices, reports, and making outbound calls are integral components of this fast-paced position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries
• Support account reconciliation and invoicing tasks
• Handle data entry and customer calls daily
• Process new accounts and execute follow-ups
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service
• High School Diploma;
Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual in English and French essential
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with heavy call volumes is a plus
