SENTALER seeks motivated candidates for a Client Care Specialist role, serving as an ambassador at our Toronto flagship store. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the customer experience, utilizing strong communication and product knowledge to assist clients. Ideal applicants will demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client support in-store and online

• Guide customers with product selection and purchasing

• Manage client inquiries via email, phone, and social media

• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively

• Maintain and update client information for service continuity

Requirements:

• Customer service experience in luxury retail preferred

• Bachelor’s degree is an asset

• Flexible availability for retail hours
