As a Customer Relations Agent, you'll manage 50 to 65 calls each day, addressing client requests through various channels like fax, email, and online accounts. Your strong communication skills will be essential for confirming resolutions and maintaining client satisfaction. Work collaboratively with various departments while being part of a supportive team culture dedicated to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer service calls and initiate outbound calls
• Identify and resolve inquiries through multiple communication channels
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction upon resolution
• Promote online services and assist administrative departments
• Complete special projects assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred
• Mortgage experience is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Friendly demeanor with excellent telephone manner
