Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone and email effectively

• Investigate fraud and unauthorized transactions

• Resolve billing questions, chargebacks, and refunds

• Examine order statuses and collaborate with vendors

• Maintain high accuracy in all assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma required

• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience

• Bilingual in English and French, verbal and written

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

• Call Centre experience considered an asset
