In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by evaluating credit applications and ensuring compliance with standards. The role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve in a call-center environment. You’ll manage inquiries related to credit risk and assist merchants with point-of-sale processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver service for inbound inquiries regarding applications
• Evaluate pending credit applications to assess eligibility
• Validate applicants to mitigate fraud risk
• Process requests for credit limit increases
• Provide merchant support for point-of-sale applications
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• 1–2 years customer service experience in call centers
• Familiarity with credit card or financial sectors
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
