Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the company database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and solve customer problems.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and escalation priority issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient with computers and familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
