Our organization is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join us in connecting with clients effectively. You will handle approximately 40 inbound calls daily, providing high-quality support while managing administrative duties. Your strong communication and multitasking skills will allow for successful interactions, enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming client inquiries and complaints
• Handle administrative tasks throughout work hours
• Provide reassurance and service to clients with empathy
• Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone
• Foster cooperative communication with the team
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent command of English and French for conversations
• Skilled in research and detailed problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be flexible to work shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM
