As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in customer engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through onboarding, collaborating with the Sales team, and analyzing product use to drive adoption. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS
• Familiarity with MySQL, Salesforce, or similar tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adept at managing time and prioritizing effectively
• Background in technical or cybersecurity solutions preferred
