• Use web applications for account verification
• Cure and rehabilitate customer accounts in arrears
• Communicate kindly and professionally with clients
• Follow up on non-responsive accounts to boost engagement
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and customer service passion
• Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
• Spanish language skills are an asset
• Previous call center experience considered beneficial
