Join DUCA as a part-time Member Connect Representative and help shape exceptional member experiences. Situated in North York, this role requires enthusiasm for client service across various channels.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for existing and potential members, facilitating their interactions with DUCA. Your focus will be on providing outstanding service through inbound and outbound communication, showcasing DUCA’s commitment to “profits with a purpose.” You’ll be backed by a supportive team aiming to enhance member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound and outbound member inquiries with professionalism
• Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities for financial products
• Assist in online banking setup and process transactions
• Meet targets for cross-selling and productivity
• Ensure swift resolution of member concerns
Requirements:
• Two years of related contact center experience
• Post-secondary education or interest in finance
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills
