Overnight Member Services Agent

Taymax Group is hiring an Overnight Member Services Representative in North York, ON. Deliver top-notch customer service while managing important front desk duties in a fitness-focused environment.

This role at Yorkgate Mall involves greeting members and guests, answering phone queries, and taking care of new member sign-ups. You’ll assist in maintaining a clean and organized club workspace while ensuring member satisfaction through timely support and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests and members

• Manage front desk tasks and phone communications

• Sign up new members and check them into the system

• Update member accounts as needed

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the club

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Proficient in basic computer usage

• Reliable and punctual with good listening skills
