Position: Client-Focused Service Specialist at Sun Life

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange client service calls and benefit discussions

• Deliver education sessions and benefit fairs

• Train Plan Administrators and Advisors on e-services

• Support implementation of new business and data gathering

• Participate actively in training and service meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Group Benefits knowledge

• 3-5 years in a service-related role

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
