As a part of Downtown Auto Group, Genesis Downtown is looking for a Customer Experience Manager dedicated to enhancing guest interactions.
Your role will focus on delivering customized vehicle experiences and building relationships that encourage customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout their automotive journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design personalized experiences to guide guests in their vehicle search
• Establish lasting connections that promote guest loyalty
• Collaborate with teammates for continuous service innovation
• Advise customers on the latest automotive trends and solutions
• Celebrate customers' successes as they drive away in their new cars
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer-focused roles, especially in automotive
• Infectious passion for cars and customer interaction skills
• Valid OMVIC License and clean record as an Ontario G Driver
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with diverse clients
• Ability to connect deeply with each customer
