This permanent, full-time position requires a proactive individual with a degree in Sustainability or Environmental Studies. You will respond to customer requests and maintain accurate tracking records while assessing and routing inquiries to the appropriate teams. Collaboration with RLG Operations is essential for successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and respond to incoming webform requests
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in request tracking
• Categorize requests for timely handling
• Collaborate closely with Operations for daily tasks
• Adapt to operational demands, including overtime
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of waste management services
• Operational experience considered an asset
