Flair Airlines seeks an Agency Support Coordinator to join its dynamic Flair Vacations team. This role requires a strong customer service approach and proficiency in managing agency operations and relationships. You will be instrumental in onboarding new agencies, ensuring proper setup, and providing ongoing support to partners, all while working collaboratively with the internal Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage agency onboarding and profile setup in TTS

• Support agency partner communications and engagement plans

• Provide assistance on bookings and operational processes

• Process booking file modifications and track service requests

• Assist with webinars, training sessions, and industry events

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in travel industry or agency support

• Hands-on experience with TTS (Soft Voyage)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Clear criminal record check required
