Working with the Customer Service & Fraud team, you’ll also navigate regulatory requirements and support a robust gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer player queries via email, live chat, and social media

• Build and maintain the Customer Support & Fraud knowledgebase

• Assess deposits and withdrawals for potential fraud

• Report suspicious activities to the MLRO

• Follow KYC and GDPR regulations in daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in customer relations, ideally in online poker

• Proficient in modern productivity software

• Strong English communication skills

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Interest in gaming and online poker industry insights
