We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Support Associate in Canada with deep knowledge of Raiser’s Edge. This role encompasses addressing complex customer issues and mentoring team members. You will take ownership of support cases, engaging directly with customers while optimizing our support process through collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve escalated cases for Raiser’s Edge effectively
• Adjust support coverage as per business needs
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Document and maintain follow-ups for case accountability
• Support after-hours needs post-onboarding period
Requirements:
• Functional expertise in Raiser’s Edge and Database View
• Commitment to after-hours support rotations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in direct customer support preferred
• Contribution to Knowledgebase content a plus
