In this role, your main responsibility is to act as a liaison between students and global campus operations. You'll efficiently manage tasks such as payments, necessary paperwork, and visa applications needed for a successful experience abroad. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries from students and parents regarding programs
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate solutions
• Ensure smooth communication with international campuses
• Handle course payments and document collection
• Support students with visa and study permit applications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Bilingual in French and English
• Desirable previous internship experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and capable of independent project management
