Pigment is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success Enablement Manager dedicated to enhancing the performance and effectiveness of Customer Success Managers. This role involves designing efficient enablement programs that drive customer adoption and satisfaction while ensuring readiness for expansion opportunities. Your ability to synthesize complex data and feedback will enhance the strategic efforts of customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design enablement tools and coaching frameworks

• Partner with CS leaders to implement best practices

• Collect and analyze performance data for program adjustments

• Enhance team capabilities through targeted training sessions

• Align program goals with overall customer success objectives

Requirements:

• 3 to 6+ years in customer success or related fields

• Strong grasp of SaaS customer success operations

• Experience in developing enablement programs

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, and AI support tools

• Excellent communication and program management skills
