Position: Tipalti Customer Success Expert Role
Join Tipalti as a Customer Success Expert and help our customers achieve their goals. This role is centered on relationship management and enhancing customer experiences in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Requirements include a background in customer success, expertise in product offerings, and the ability to drive brand advocacy. Collaborate across departments and utilize data insights to deliver exceptional service tailored to each customer's journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts to drive loyalty and satisfaction

• Conduct business reviews and product solution presentations

• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolutions

• Identify new growth opportunities in client portfolios

• Partner with teams to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a customer success role

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zendesk, or Salesforce

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiastic approach to client management

• Previous project management experience is a plus
