Tesla Advisor, Delivery plays an important role in supporting customers after they have ordered their vehicle. This position focuses on managing delivery steps, assisting with financing and trade in details and helping create a smooth and positive ownership experience from purchase through delivery.

This position requires working alongside various departments including operations to make sure that deliveries remain on time, improve productivity in store locations and provide customers with the best possible time. Job Description
  • Tesla Advisor, Delivery supports customers through the vehicle delivery process.
  • This is a full time position that is based in Etobicoke city.
  • The role combines customer service, delivery and sales support activities.
  • The position works closely with multiple teams to improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare customer loan documents and support delivery appointments.
  • Show knowledge of Tesla products and services.
  • Compile reports to support performance improvements and training.
  • Work with team members to support pre delivery activities and customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate store fleet servicing, vehicle allocations and accident reports.
  • Perform delivery preparation, direct deliveries and sales related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer service work history is required.
  • Can work with team members and build positive working relationships.
  • Must have strong written and verbal interaction skills.
  • Must be skilled in MS Suite and CRM tools. Salesforce is preferred.
  • Can work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail setting.
  • A Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
