We're seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Services Coordinator to manage ticketing setups, support sales and inventory, and enhance client experiences. You will coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure effective ticket sales and accurate reporting. Bring your organization and customer service skills to a meaningful role in the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate ticketing setup and event details with teams
• Manage inventory, holds, and sales reporting
• Oversee night-of-show ticketing activities
• Build events in ticketing platforms like Tessitura
• Support customer service and issue resolution
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of ticketing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings
