Position: Customer-Focused Guest Services Role at CF
Support visitors at CF Toronto Eaton Centre as a Guest Services Representative. Provide excellent service while assisting guests in navigating stores, services, and local attractions.

This role demands strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement. Assist both in-person and over the phone, offering insights on promotions and local entertainment. Collaborate with the marketing team to support events and ensure guests feel welcome throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver information about stores, services, and events

• Proactively connect with tenants and customers

• Handle customer support tasks like wheelchair loans

• Maintain a log of lost and found items

• Help distribute marketing materials during special events

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 education

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Familiar with cash handling and bookkeeping

• Knowledgeable about Toronto's attractions

• Flexible to work weekends and shifts
