Join Aviso as a Bilingual Account Officer, where you’ll offer exceptional service in wealth management. This role emphasizes client support in both English and French, ensuring operational excellence.
Working directly with the Director of Partner Services and Onboarding, the Bilingual Account Officer collects account information and resolves client inquiries. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services, displaying adaptability and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on client account activities for efficient responses
• Collaborate with Operations and IT for issue resolution
• Assess transfer documentation for completion
• Communicate transfer-out requests to partners
• Manage daily processing inquiries by phone and email
Requirements:
• University/College degree necessary
• Must complete the Canadian Securities Course
• Minimum of two years in customer service
• Bilingual skills in English and French are an asset
• Strong initiative and time management skills
