As part of our team at ESC, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers with bilingual capabilities in English and French. Your main responsibilities will include processing customer orders, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and timely responses. You will also be responsible for keeping track of all client interactions to support service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and support efficiently
• Investigate and resolve potential issues for customers
• Manage customer orders and maintain accuracy in data entry
• Follow up on requests adhering to service standards
• Document interactions within the Eservice system
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French, verbally and in writing
• Experience in customer service or call center roles
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is advantageous
• Understanding of corporate supply products
• Computer skills including software installation and internet navigation
