Position: Spa Receptionist - Permanent- Afternoon/Evening Position

Come join our team at Rain Medi Spa & Salon! We are a family business, servicing in the Bayview Village area since 2001.

At Rain Medi Spa & Salon we have an endless variety of products and services including a full service medical spa, hair salon, spa manicures and pedicures, a wide range of massage treatments, anti-aging facials, Botox & Juverderm and an all-new bar & café featuring drinks and light snacks.

Please forward your resume if you are friendly, experienced in hospitality, a willing team‑player, good at multi‑tasking, excel in sales, comfortable with booking softwares and communicating over phone and email. Flexibility in terms of availability is an asset.

We are hiring for part‑time evening position:

Wednesday-Friday 3:00-9:00PM
Sundays 9:30AM-6:30PM

Spa Receptionist

Job Description:

We are a small team of receptionists operating with two - three receptionists at a time.

Duties include:

  • Greeting clients and checking them in for their service
  • Directing clients to the appropriate waiting areas
  • Offering complimentary water and our bar menu
  • Booking clients using the Booker Software via phone, email, online booking
  • Cash‑outs using POS system, giftcards and Wayspa
  • Providing insurance receipts for RMT massage (no direct‑billing)
  • Encouraging sales
  • Helping keep our space clean and tidy

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the daily flow of our schedule and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Great communication skills (Fluent in English)
  • Great Hospitality skills
  • Background in Spa industry
  • Great at Retail & Customer Sales
  • Smart‑served or able to obtain smart serve
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Email Skills
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team‑player
    - Leadership
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Experience in sales
  • Worked with Booker (Mind & Body) / Millennium Program/ or other booking software
