You will ensure timely communication regarding account transfers and provide essential back-office support, all while maintaining our high ethical standards.

• Administer client data and prepare necessary paperwork

• Keep client tasks updated in the CRM system

• Ensure timely communication for account transfers

• Communicate with the custodian and technology teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of customer service experience
