As a Client Success Specialist at Corient, you will bring over five years of customer service experience to our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include managing client data gathering, maintaining our CRM system, and coordinating with clients’ other advisors. You will ensure timely communication regarding account transfers and provide essential back-office support, all while maintaining our high ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer client data and prepare necessary paperwork
• Keep client tasks updated in the CRM system
• Ensure timely communication for account transfers
• Communicate with the custodian and technology teams
• Provide support as needed to advisory teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Committed to confidentiality and ethics
