As a key member of our customer service team, you'll support both recreational cannabis retailers and eCommerce customers.
Your role will involve managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues while educating customers on responsible cannabis use and product knowledge. Collaboration with various teams will enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong customer relationships through multiple channels
• Manage inquiries related to orders, accounts, and service
• Support order processing in collaboration with various teams
• Resolve order issues and escalate complex cases
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
Requirements:
• Secondary School completion in a relevant field
• Bilingualism in English and French
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and relationship skills
