Based in Toronto, you will facilitate critical thinking in processing client requests for Cash Management Online. This senior position combines analytical and customer service skills to ensure all customer needs are addressed promptly and accurately. You will work closely with internal partners to ensure smooth execution of client requests and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CMO onboarding procedures for accurate execution

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in post-sales support roles
