As an integral member of the Customer Complaints Appeals Office, you will contribute to team success by facilitating effective complaint resolution processes. This includes managing correspondence, extracting data, and ensuring accuracy in case documentation. Your commitment to service level agreements and adherence to internal policies will enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact for customer complaints
• Ensure accurate and timely administrative task completion
• Foster relationships across bank units during complaint resolutions
• Prepare concise summaries for case recommendations
• Identify improvement opportunities for products and procedures
Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Scotiabank operations and complaint processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of regulatory environments like PIPEDA
• Commitment to customer service excellence
