Loop is seeking a Collections and Customer Support Associate to work onsite in downtown Toronto. This role will focus on managing overdue accounts while also assisting customers with their queries—fulfilling responsibilities equally divided between collections and customer support. Your expertise in building customer relationships and problem-solving will be essential in navigating complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively resolve overdue customer accounts
• Conduct comprehensive customer outreach via phone and email
• Document payment agreements and account interactions
• Address inquiries on payments and account management
• Analyze customer issues to drive rapid resolutions
Requirements:
• 1–3 years experience in financial services or support
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable with complex financial discussions
• Highly organized with great follow-through
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
