As an Advisor Service Center Representative, you will work in Toronto or Calgary, assisting investment advisors and investors with their queries. Emphasizing exceptional client service, your role includes answering inquiries and supporting investment strategies with a flexible work arrangement. Rotating shifts take place from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist investment advisors and clients with inquiries
• Provide information and direct clients to departments
• Support financial strategies of advisors and investors
• Work flexible hybrid shifts to meet client needs
• Leverage technology to enhance customer support
Requirements:
• College diploma required; recent graduates welcomed
• Excellent English communication skills
• Bilingual in French is an asset
• Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic culture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
