Your focus will be on executing outreach campaigns, overseeing delegate communication before and after events, and ensuring all delegates feel prepared and supported. Excellent organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outreach campaigns via call, email, and text

• Monitor delegate progress and resolve issues promptly

• Manage meeting preferences to optimize delegate engagement

• Maintain records and logs in Salesforce CRM

• Provide concierge-level support to interested delegates

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer service or sales, preferably B2B

• Strong communication skills with professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Drive and Salesforce

• Willingness to travel up to 10 times annually
