As the first dedicated Customer Success Manager, you will lead customer activation and retention initiatives for Carla AI’s innovative voice agent platform. You will be instrumental in developing best practices, fostering long-term customer relationships, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from the service. Your insights will help shape the company’s future strategies and customer success workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding processes for new customers

• Define activation milestones for tracking value

• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews

• Monitor customer health metrics and provide proactive support

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to inform growth

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in SaaS customer success

• Demonstrated success in customer retention and satisfaction

• Proficient project manager for multiple timelines

• Strong communication skills for training and support

• Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce)
