We are hiring for a Seasonal Customer Service Call Center role, where you'll provide outstanding support in French and English! Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be critical.
This position is crucial for maintaining effective communication with our clients. You'll be expected to manage calls, address customer concerns, and build rapport with clients. Your work will directly impact our service reputation and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct timely inbound and outbound client calls
• Comply with call center scripts for uniformity
• Efficiently respond to customer inquiries
• Verify information with the clients as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions
Requirements:
• Must speak both French and English
• Experience in customer service, especially in call centers
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
• Proficient in CRM systems and computer applications
