Elevate client success with CUBE as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Focus on building strategic partnerships and enhancing satisfaction for financial services clients.
You will own the success and engagement of enterprise clients, guiding them through their entire journey with CUBE.
Your role will require close collaboration with Sales and Product teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and protect recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer health metrics and satisfaction ratings
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders in client organizations
• Drive value realization with insights and regular success reviews
• Lead renewal processes starting at least six months prior
• Implement training and best practices to maximize product utilization
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Success or related fields
• Background in financial services required
• Experience with managing complex renewals successfully
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and environments
• Proficient in stakeholder management and CRM tools
