Key Responsibilities:
• Support enterprise account management alongside Strategic Markets CSMs
• Create materials and lead customer calls effectively
• Drive customer onboarding and product implementation
• Measure and report on customer engagement, providing insights
• Solve customer issues while working cross-functionally
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Proven success in driving customer results and managing relationships
• Data-driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
