Join Bell Canada as a Customer Success Manager, driving Cisco software success through value realization and proactive account management in a hybrid work environment.
In this management role, you'll bring your expertise of 3-5 years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management to support Cisco clients. Engage with diverse accounts, facilitating their growth through the customer lifecycle. You'll align strategic initiatives and ensure effective transitions from pre-sales to post-sales, thus enhancing overall customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define actionable adoption milestones for client outcomes
• Conduct business reviews, showcasing key client data
• Act on telemetry insights to drive account success
• Qualify leads for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Cultivate customer advocates for case studies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management
• Solid knowledge of Cisco products and services
• Preferred Cisco Certification for Customer Success Manager
• Strong stakeholder communication and negotiating skills
• Bilingual English/French is beneficial
