Your role will enhance community engagement through exceptional service and event management.
As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you will bridge connections between residents and the operational teams at Charles West. This position requires strong customer service skills, particularly in handling inquiries and managing events that foster community ties. You'll ensure seamless move-in experiences and maintain luxury service standards throughout all resident interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate resident engagement events
• Serve as the main point for resident inquiries
• Ensure smooth and effective move-in experiences
• Respond professionally to resident communications
• Assist in training on Property Management Software
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma; college preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage diverse resident needs
