As a key liaison for Bausch + Lomb Surgical customers, you will handle inquiries, manage order processing, and provide guidance to new team members. Your expertise will enhance customer relationships, ensuring prompt order fulfillment and effective issue resolution. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage order processing via email, fax, and SAP
• Provide timely updates on complex customer inquiries
• Train new Customer Service team members

• Document customer interactions and complaints accurately
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution
• Minimum 3 years’ technical customer service experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong understanding of SAP order management
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills
