BFL is seeking a proactive Client Service Manager to enhance their Programs team located in Toronto. You will leverage 7-10 years in client service to manage inquiries and support day-to-day operations.
Your role will be pivotal in maintaining trusting client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with teams to resolve service issues
• Oversee documentation, renewals, and compliance
• Assist with marketing initiatives and onboarding new clients
Requirements:
• University degree or DEC in Insurance and financial services
• RIBO License required
• 7-10+ years in client service or account management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Drive high-quality service for clients at BFL Canada, ensuring their needs are met with integrity and excellence.
