The position is fully onsite and involves working weekends as part of a six-month contract with opportunities for extension. You will navigate multiple systems to swiftly address inquiries and enhance the customer journey through effective communication and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond professionally to email inquiries promptly
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Manage numerous support tickets efficiently
• Develop and improve internal help documentation
• Escalate sensitive matters as needed
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of relevant customer support experience
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Proficient with digital communication platforms
• Capable of multitasking in a busy environment
• Interest in the technology or fintech sectors
